The Anchorage
The Anchorage is
a low density residential property development situated in the southern
district of Gibraltar near Rosia Bay area which is popular with locals
in the summer. The site was previously used as a light industrial
area and its redevelopment into a residential zone follows the Gibraltar
Government’s development plan for the south side of Gibraltar. The
architecture is modern, compliments the colonial aspect of buildings
in the area and remains sensitive to the rich heritage which Gibraltar
promotes. The development provides ninety six apartments and
six town houses in a richly landscaped environment.
